(that's "Eiffel Tower" in French)
It's me in the city of lights and Paris' most
famous landmark. It was designed and built by the
French civil engineer Gustave Alexandre Eiffel for the
Paris World's Fair of 1889. The tower, without its
modern broadcasting antennae, is 300 m (984 ft) high.
Platforms, each with an observation deck, are at
three levels; I managed to go to the uppermost deck.
